About Institution
Bagula Private ITI is an institution that believes in dynamic widening of its vision and translating it into real opportunity. The Final Grading 5.30 by the DGT reaccredited has been a well-deserved acknowledgement of this process and has prompted the institute to intensify its original commitment besides adopting several quality enhancement measures.
Presently the college has four trade and a rich library stocked with books and journals. The institute believes learning to be a self-building process for the student and hence cultural, athletic, career-oriented workshops and personality building exercises form a part of the institute events.
The institute has a Study Centre for the Regular of the NCVT. The institute also has a Career Counselling Cell to guide the out-going students and is going to soon open Preparatory Courses for Competitive Examinations. The institute has a commendable success rate in the NCVT examinations and Games & Sports. Principal is the Head of the Institution and classes are held from 10.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m from Monday to Friday. The institute remains open on all working days.

Code of Conduct for Instructor and Non-Teaching Staff
The aim of this Code of Conduct is to provide all persons in service at Bagula Private ITI Institute, with a common set of guidelines to promote professionalism and to establish a suitable academic environment for higher learning. This Code cannot be used as a means of establishing service indiscipline, or form the basis for disciplinary action against any stakeholder. Following Code of Conduct for Teachers, Non-teaching Staff Members and Administrators has been framed to establish as perfect an environment as possible for teaching and learning.
- A teacher should carry out the legitimate academic and administrative decisions taken by the Institution/NCVT/SCVT pertaining to his/her sphere of responsibility. Teachers and Librarians should wear I-CARD while in campus.
- A teacher shall not discriminate against any student on the basis of religion, race, caste, gender, language or political ideology.
- A teacher shall not remain absent from duty without proper sanction of leave.
- A teacher shall not make use of institutional resources or facilities for personal purpose.
- Teacher shall work for holistic development of students.
- Members of the Governing body should be unbiased and impartial in their decision making
- Teacher representatives and Non-Teaching staff representatives of the Governing body should consult their respective consistency and ventilate their grievances.
- The Principal should be impartial and unbiased in his/her functioning. She/he should treat the staff equally. She/he should be guided by the parent DGT, ‘Advancement of Learning’.
- Non-Teaching staff of college should be punctual and regular. They should be student friendly and work for the all-round development of the students. All should wear I-CARDS while on campus.
Code of Conduct for Students
The students must conform to the rules and discipline of the institute. The object of discipline is to help the students to develop their potentialities in an orderly way. Following code of conduct for the students has been framed to preserve a peaceful academic atmosphere essential for study.
- No students shall smoke or partake of alcoholic drugs at the institute campus.
- Every student shall wear his/her identity card while on campus.
- Students shall be punctual in their timings and attendance.
- There is no dress code or uniform as such for Bagula Private ITI but they should be decently dressed.
- Students shall behave with dignity and courtesy inside and outside the college.
- Use of mobile phone is restricted during class hour.
